BVI: Son charged for stabbing father

The son who stabbed his father during an alleged domestic dispute in Long Trench, Tortola on Thursday, May 28, 2021, has been formally charged, the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force said in a news release on Friday.

Police said the son remains in police custody on a wounding charge.

His father, meanwhile, is in stable condition at the hospital, police said.

According to reports, the father was reportedly hospitalised with a stab wound to the stomach area.
